This Rest & Return Retreat is not just a getaway; it’s an invitation to embrace the transformative power of yoga and meditation while allowing your soul to restore within the beauty of Tulum, Mexico. Throughout our 5-days together, we will explore various yoga styles, from invigorating vinyasa flows, to gentle and restorative yin practices. Each day will begin with a morning sunrise meditation on the beach followed by a morning yoga session in our private yoga shala, just steps from the ocean, allowing you to synchronize breath with movement in harmony with each new day. Our afternoon practice will allow you the space to relax, unwind and just be – in order to slow down and connect more deeply within. Classes will be tailored to ALL levels of experience.
In celebration of the new year, special sessions will focus on creating personal intentions for the year, increased rejuvenation, and so much more. Hania will guide you through mindful meditations, journaling sessions, breathing practices and more, to help reinvigorate your spirit and open your heart to even deeper levels of self love and care. Empowering experiences, heart-opening practices, and a loving supportive community will create friendships and bonds that will extend well beyond this retreat.
RETREAT COST INCLUDES:

A $800 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on this retreat.
All remaining retreat balances are due by October 15, 2026.

Retreat prices do not include airfare, trip or travel health insurance, or speciality beverages.
All accommodations, yoga and meditation classes, onsite group activities, offsite Cenote excursion, and 3 onsite meals per day will be included (offsite meals are not included).
Optional Temazcal Ceremony will be offered for an additional cost (information on this activity will be sent closer to the retreat). Other add-on activities may be purchased via our retreat center.
Passport must be valid for 6 months after the retreat end date to avoid any issues with entering Mexico.
Travel Insurance Required: In the event that you need to cancel because of unexpected personal circumstances, natural disasters, sickness, or any other reason, we require that you protect your investment with travel and health insurance for your trip. The non-refundable and non-transferable payment policy is firm, and will not be negotiated under any circumstances. NO refunds can be offered from Soulscape Retreats or our retreat leaders for any reason. Soulscape Retreats nor our leaders are held responsible for any unforeseen travel changes or health issues.
