This retreat is designed to be both restorative and enriching, blending twice-daily yoga, immersive nature experiences, and meaningful connection with a group of like-minded travelers. Each day begins and ends with yoga practices that support presence, mindful movement, and embodiment – allowing you to feel grounded, open, and deeply nourished.
Between practices, we’ll explore the natural wonders that make Dominica so unique. Expect beautiful offsite excursions to waterfalls, hot springs, and coastal viewpoints to invite new experiences with a sense of play. We will also experience unique onsite experiences that include experiential savoring of the beautiful herbs, food, and natural aspects of our surroundings on this lush island. This is a retreat for those who crave fresh air, movement, and the feeling of being fully alive in nature, while building deeper connections with friends.

Retreat prices do not include: airfare, trip insurance, alcoholic beverages or staff tips (we recommend bringing $50 cash minimum for staff tips), or any international travel requirements in place at the time of retreat (currently, a departure tax of approximately $30-35 is charged when you at the airport before your departure out of Dominica.

An $800 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on this retreat. All remaining retreat balances are due no later than September 12, 2026. Payment plans may be offered at our discretion; however, all payments, including deposits and installment payments, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to complete payment by the final payment deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund of any payments made.
All retreat payments are final. By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Personal or family emergencies
- Illness, injury, or medical conditions
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Travel delays or cancellations
- Changes in personal circumstances
- Acts of God, pandemics, or government restrictions
This policy applies to all payments made, including the deposit and any subsequent installments, and will not be waived or negotiated under any circumstances.
Payments are non-transferable and may not be applied to another retreat, training, or future event.
Neither Rest & Return Retreats, Soulscape Retreats, nor the retreat leaders are responsible for any costs incurred due to your inability to attend.

Travel insurance
You are solely responsible for protecting your financial investment in the event you are unable to attend for any reason. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance that includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, and medical coverage, and we encourage you to consider a “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) policy.
We require travel insurance to protect your investment, as we are not responsible for any losses, expenses, or damages related to travel interruptions, airline changes, medical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Travel insurance should be purchased within 21 days of paying your deposit in order to qualify for full coverage benefits. You may always add travel insurance after 21 days of paying your deposit, but you may not receive full coverage benefits. If airfare has not yet been purchased at the time you obtain insurance, you are responsible for adding your flight to your policy once booked.
